Comments

This one Privacy Statement applies to any kind of information we collect through these platforms or other means connected to these platforms (like emailing our Customer Service team, for example). It makes reading all of this a lot simpler. If you’re one of our business partners, check out our Privacy Statement for Business Partners as well, to understand how personal data is further processed as part of the business relationship.

We might amend the Privacy Statement from time to time. If you care about your privacy, visit this page regularly to know exactly where you stand. If we make changes to the Privacy Statement which will have an impact on you (e.g. if we intend to process your personal data for other purposes than communicated in the past in this Privacy Statement), we’ll notify you of these changes before the new activities begin.

A cookie is a piece of information placed on your device to remember something about you or your device. We use cookies to distinguish you from other users and to remember your preferences and to help us make your experience of our websites and apps better. We also use cookies to show you tailored adverts (including on other websites) which are more relevant to your interests.

Without these cookies, you will see advertising, but they may be irrelevant to you. We need to use some ‘Necessary’ cookies to make our website work, and you can’t turn these off here. For others, you can choose which categories we use by adjusting your preferences below.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
